The Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance (OERAP) works to help renters get the assistance they need to avoid utility shutoff or eviction, for those who have experienced hardship due to COVID-19 or received unemployment benefits and meet income requirements. To apply you must have an active email or phone number to receive notifications and will need to upload/fax/mail at least one document in the following categories to Verify: Identity, Income, Residence, Rent/Own, Utility payments owed/due.
